The Challenge
Chelsea Peers had experienced rapid growth during Q4 of 2019; the brief was to work with the current team to continue and maintain their recent growth course and build out their internal digital team.
As a modern-day wellness brand offering new styles every few weeks, Chelsea Peers needed to translate their unique points of difference when shopping directly with the brand and build a customer experience that prioritised conversion and retention.
Whilst ensuring the brand’s digital marketing and eCommerce channels were set up with the long term in mind.

Worked directly with founders and key team members to craft a brand platform that now acts as the backbone of all brand campaigns.

Working together with creators from the UK to Ibiza to produce image, video and motion assets fueled the brand's digital market channels.We leveraged the content to communicate the brands core message of 'made for modern lounging' and built brand awareness of the newly launched Shopify plus website by marketing seasonal collection launches and promotion campaigns.
The Results
Defining the Chelsea Peers brand strategy has created a platform for the internal team to use as the backbone of all campaigns.
Clarifying digital marketing channels and planning for the upcoming targets saw the brand maintain triple-digit growth through 2021, hitting its biggest eCommerce of multiple-seven figures (450% YOY DTC growth).
Most effective Black Friday Cyber Monday campaigns to date, average order up by 20% since the new Shopify plus website went live.
Customer database grew by 110%, Social following increased to 97'000 alongside post engagement, up from 2 to 8%.
